Back when I was the Creative Director at Ninthlink, we had a cool project with Qualcomm and their massive team of 51,000+ employees. They wanted to make learning tech fun, so we created something special. We called it “Qelite” – an online learning platform. Imagine this: Qualcomm folks could take fun courses, answer quizzes, and earn points for prizes. It wasn’t just for solo learning; it also had team competitions.
